		<description>Thanks for this article, there are so many people pushing instant results and over night success stories. It just does not happen. You can build muscle quick if you actually do exercise instead of sitting in front of the TV. 

It takes a little time, but if you stick with it, any one that works out 3 times a week for 10-12 weeks WILL see a big difference in how they look.</description>
