Build Muscle – Fitness tips for the Newbies
Oftentimes I get approached by fitness newbies and asked what’s the easiest way to build muscle fitness. Unfortunately there’s no clear-cut answer to this since there are many variables involved. I could spend all day going into detail on all the different aspects required to build muscle fitness, but for the sake of this post, I’ll try to keep it short and sweet. My number one tip for building muscle fitness is…Don’t give up!
I’m not sure who first established the idea, but people want to think that they can get huge muscles overnight. This would be nice, but it’s simply not true. The guys you see in fitness competitions and in the muscle magazines have often been training HARD for 10-15 years, or sometimes even longer! It takes true dedication to get freakishly big, but for those of us who just want to have a nice, solid muscle foundation – results can be seen much quicker.
I don’t want people to misinterpret this as being able to see results overnight, but for newbies, you should expect to start seeing results within a few weeks if your sticking to your workout routine. This first stage can often be the most exciting and return the most results. If only it stayed this way…
The key to build muscle fitness effectively is to stay with it! Beginning around the 1st of the year, all the gyms are packed with people due to their New Year’s resolutions of losing weight and getting in shape. However, as the weeks go by the crowd begins to thin out and people scrap their goals of becoming fit. Building muscle is hard work, but the end result is worth it. You’ll feel great about yourself, not only from how you look, but how you feel and the sense of accomplishment for sticking with it.
So what are you waiting for? Get out there and get your muscle on!

Hi, I cannot agree less with your submission.I believe it takes hardwork and perseverance to build ones muscle over a period of time.
Thanks for this article, there are so many people pushing instant results and over night success stories. It just does not happen. You can build muscle quick if you actually do exercise instead of sitting in front of the TV.
It takes a little time, but if you stick with it, any one that works out 3 times a week for 10-12 weeks WILL see a big difference in how they look.
